Google has made changes to their SA360 reporting that has resulted in updates to how LOCALACT reports on your campaigns. Based on these changes by Google, below is an overview of how reporting in LOCALACT has been impacted:

Historical Data Cutoff
- Google's update to SA360 means that historical data from SA360 prior to April 1st, 2023 will no longer be available via Google's API and no longer updated in reporting.
- Historical metrics related to this data change include:
- Clicks
- Cost
- Impressions
- Total Results
- Total Revenue
- Historical metrics related to this data change include:
- The historical data is only shown on the Overview tabs
- Note: Data for Social, Media, and Yelp Reporting is not impacted

Changes in how Search and Shopping data is calculated
- Conversions: Counting method has changed from time of conversion to time of click (count conversions based on the day the ad interaction occurred)
- Platform definition of results align more closely with conversions being optimized in ad platforms
- Gaps may exist in historical reporting data but performance loss is not realized, as management of campaigns has remained consistent and informed by legacy data models
- UI Changes
- The Performance Breakdown has been removed and replaced with a Conversions table
- New Metrics:
- Conversion Action Name
- Total Revenue
- Total Results
