In LOCALACT, you are billed for your services during the first or second week of each month for the spend + any fees for the previous month.

The reason for this is, your spend may not always equal your total budget. For example, if your budget is $500 and you only spend $476 last month, you will only be charged $476 plus any fees associated with your system.
