NEW CLIENT - IMPORT SHEET SETUP

• Use the Template file from the Location's Import Wizard under Locations > Import tab
• Leave "LocationID" field blank
• Fill out each required column (listed at end of article)
  • Note: All new Locations will require a Store Number that has not been used for the Client/brand yet in LOCALACT

IMPORT PROCESS

1. Navigate to Locations > Import tab
2. Click Download Template
   • 
3. Fill in all required fields (listed at end of article)
4. Upload your import file
   • Note: This must be in .CSV format
5. Step through the import wizard
6. If any issues are found, you must resolve these before completing your import
   • 
7. Once all errors are resolved, re-upload your sheet and run the import process again
   • 
8. Confirm the changes from the "Import" process
   • 
   • 
9. Your new Locations will now be processed. Once saved, you can click View All Locations to view the Locations in the Location tab
