- The LOCALACT team will be sending an account linking request so we can manage your account
- If you are the owner of the account, please accept this request by going to Admin > Access and Security > Managers > Update the owner Status to Yes on the MCC account list.
- If a previous vendor is the owner of your LSA account, you will need them to accept the ownership transfer.
- If you are the owner of the account, please accept this request by going to Admin > Access and Security > Managers > Update the owner Status to Yes on the MCC account list.
- Transferring the billing of the account to LOCALACT
- The LOCALACT team will be submitting a billing transfer request with a Google Ads Representative
- If the payment method is your own credit card information, we will be scheduling a billing transfer request to occur on the 1st day of the following month. All the current month’s spending will still be billed to the payment method in place prior to the transfer.
- For payment methods owned by another vendor, submitting and accepting the billing transfer request will automatically stop any campaign currently delivering in the LSA account until they are relaunched by the LOCALACT team the following month.
- The LOCALACT team will be submitting a billing transfer request with a Google Ads Representative
- Important fact to be aware of: Once LOCALACT takes over the LSA account management, any other active or paused campaigns in the account will need to be removed/deleted to preserve the account’s data integrity and prevent invoicing issues. Historical data will still be available to you, but previous campaigns will be permanently disabled from future delivery.
