Reviews are updated daily, and any responses from the owner of the location are also visible. The platform stores up to 13 months of reviews and ratings at any given time.

You will have access to reviews on all channels for all locations that have been assigned to your LOCALACT account.

Filters within the report can adjust the reporting to only show reviews with a certain star rating or only show reviews that have responses from the owner. These filters can work together. For example, it is possible to only see 1 or 2 star reviews on Facebook that have not yet been responded to by the owner.
