In the "Listings" section of LOCALACT, you can directly reply to each review left by consumers on Google of Facebook for your locations.
First, log into LOCALACT and navigate to the "Listings" section of the left-hand side of the page. Once you have found it, click into "Reviews".
The Overview section will give you a summary of all reviews from both Google and Facebook. If you want to respond to reviews, click on either the Google or Facebook section, editing the filter if needed.
These responses will be immediately published to Google, and LOCALACT will provide a link to the appropriate map listing or page for confirmation.
You can view your response on the channel published review immediately. Owner responses will be pulled into LOCALACT within 24 hours.
On Google, these owner replies will be displayed as a "Response from the Owner" underneath the review.
