To cancel services, follow the steps below.
- Log into LOCALACT
- In the left hand menu, click on Account > Services & Subscriptions
- Click the Location you wish to cancel a service for.
- After clicking the location you will navigate to a summary page when you can view all the services you are currently enrolled in. In order to cancel, click the name of the Service you wish to cancel
- On the right hand side of the top card, click the 3 dots and select Cancel
- To complete the cancellation select a reason and click Save
- After cancellation, Support will be notified, but your Campaign(s) and LOCALACT Subscription will continue through the end of the current month.
Campaigns must remain active throughout the entirety of the period for which the budget was assigned. The franchisee is responsible for all spend and fees incurred during the month of cancellation and will be billed accordingly. Billing occurs at the start of the subsequent month.
