If you have enrolled one of your locations in a paid media advertising service, you will be able to see reporting on those campaigns in the "Paid Search" and "Paid Social" tabs in LOCALACT.
LOCALACT supports paid search advertising campaigns on Google search and Bing search. Paid search advertising can also be referred to as pay-per-click (PPC) or search engine marketing (SEM). If you enroll in paid search, you are automatically enrolled in call tracking, which will allow you to record and listen to any calls made by potential customers who clicked on your paid search ads. LOCALACT also allows you to enroll in paid social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
