The Paid Social report details performance on Facebook and Instagram advertising. LOCALACT provides metrics broken down by:
- Overview
- Locations
- Campaigns
- Ads
- Demographics
- Calls
The Filters on each tab adjusts the data reflected in the reporting. Please note that not all filters are available for every report.
- Date Range - Current Date Range. Defaulted to Last 30 Days
- Previous Date Range - Comparison Date Range
- Labels - Allows you to drill into metrics associated to Labels tied to your Location
- Location - Allows you to select which Location you would like to review the data for. If you only have one Location on your account, the metrics will default to that Location.
- Channel - Allows you to segment the metrics to either Facebook or Instagram
- Objective Type - Allows you to drill into metrics associated with each Objective associated to your campaigns
OVERVIEW
The Overview tab provides a summary of all metrics available to the Client. Metric totals are found in the top half of the page, and any performance metric can be hovered over to show the description of the metric. The timeline chart is the bottom half of the report, and multiple metrics can be selected to analyze relationships and trends. The Performance Breakdown provides a breakdown of each result associated to your campaigns.
LOCATIONS
The Locations tab provides a breakdown of the metrics by Location.
CAMPAIGNS
The Campaigns tab provides a breakdown of the metrics by Campaign.
ADS
The Ads tab provides a user with the opportunity to preview the ad running for a campaign. In order to view the ads you will need to select a Location. If an ad is dynamic, each time you load it you will see a different ad.
DEMOGRAPHICS
The Demographics tab provides a user with a breakdown of the ages and gender of the users interacting with a campaign. This report can be filtered by different metrics via the drop down menu.
CALLS*
The Calls tab provides a user with a report of the calls received against their campaigns. They can also view roll-up metrics and breakdowns by Hour of Day and Day of Week. A Franchisee can also click on the call icon to listen to their call recording.
*Please Note: Call tracking and recording are not standard for Social ad campaigns so this tab may not populate data for your system depending on their business goals for the ad campaigns.
