If you have a location that is enrolled in our Call Tracking service, you can listen to and monitor calls driven by your search & social campaigns.

This report can be found on the Search page under Ads.



It provides a simple, high-level look at your calls.  It includes the number of total calls, unique calls, missed calls & hangup calls.  

We also provide two charts that show the calls received for each day of the week, and the calls received per hour of the day.

Below the Summary, is a detailed list of every call with a listen and download button.  

• If you're having trouble listening to calls, make sure that you're using a Supported Web Browser.
• Call downloads are in the widely supported MP3 format.
• Call recordings are only available for 30 days from the date of the phone call.  We recommend you save a copy of the file if you want to listen to past phone calls without restrictions.

You can select to have the report display up to 13 months of call tracking data, using the date range selector in the top. However, please keep in mind that you are only able to listen to call recordings that are up to 30 days old.
